Lawrence Boschulte: Transportation, Film/Video, Horticulture
Lawrence Boschulte: Transportation, Film/Video, Horticulture was born and raised in the United States Virgin Islands on the island of St. Thomas. He is a 3rd generation Virgin Islander whose family has been born on St. Thomas since the 1800’s (before the Territory was purchased by the United States (US) from the Danish).
Larry has been a small business owner for well over 25 years. Over two and a half decades, he has slowly built an emerging conglomerate of three distinct businesses:
1) Second Nature – a successful consulting firm offering consulting services and logistical and site location scouting for film and video productions;
2) ICBW – a tour company providing tours, local excursions and transportation for physically challenged tourists debarking from cruise ships or visiting local hotels; and,
3) Solberg Farm Consulting – a consulting company offering advisory services to various hotels and ports on St. Thomas as it pertains to horticultural practices.
Larry is a local radio host. Since 2013, he has created a venue for small business owners to expose their business through his Just Us programs (www.usvijustus.com) on various stations. These programs offer the community current-event topics and issues that inform the community of happenings that are of importance, and of interest. Larry can be heard every other Wednesday on WSTA 1340AM (www.wsta.com) from 6:00p – 7:00p. He can also be heard Mondays and Tuesdays from 7:00p – 8:00p with Just Government; Saturdays, 12:00p – 2:00p with Just Us; and on Sundays from 2:00p – 4:00p on 90.9FM with Just Quelbe and Fungi music (www.cbnvirginislands.com).
Larry is a graduate of Xavier University with a bachelor’s in Business Administration and Entrepreneurial Studies. He is married and resides on St. Thomas with his wife and daughter.
